Fidel Friends is a trade name of Yenesow LLC (Washington, USA). By using fidelfriends.com, our videos, printables, newsletter or our internal analytics tools, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Free educational videos, printable charts and parent guides for learning the Amharic alphabet and numbers. Books are sold through Amazon and personalized products through our Etsy shop; those purchases are governed by Amazon's and Etsy's terms and our listing descriptions.

For grown-ups

The website and newsletter are for parents, guardians and teachers (18+). Children should use Fidel Friends together with an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (see our privacy policy).

Your content

If you share a photo or video with us (for example a child's first fidel word), you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to show it on Fidel Friends channels with first names only, until you ask us to remove it.

Our content

Fikir, the Fidel Friends name, songs, drawings and printables are ours. You may print and use the free materials at home or in your classroom. Please do not resell them or remove our name.

Connected accounts

Our internal dashboard reads statistics from our own YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and shop accounts through their official APIs, only to report on our own content. It does not access any other user's data and does not post on anyone's behalf.

No warranties

Everything is provided as is. We work hard on accuracy, but Amharic has regional variations, and we welcome corrections.
